Kiene Dental Group is a family practice. Therefore, one of my core values is to help my patients with tailor-made solutions for complete oral health and a confident smile. It is important that I get to know and connect with my patients first. Learning about you, your family and your concerns first, help me to provide you with the best possible dental solutions. Having state-of-the-art equipment allows me to take the time to work with you to come up with the optimal treatment plan. I am readily available to all my patients at any time, and will take the time needed to help you understand even the most complex plans. I understand that anxiety is often associated with dentistry; therefore, I promise to treat you as family, with gentle and unparalleled oral care.

Background

“Dr. Josh” has been working in the family practice since 2005. His passions include spending time with his wife Bridget, and three children Cooper, Body and Hayes. Dr. Josh enjoys watching and playing any and all sports and serving at his church and on mission trips. He is grateful to have the opportunity to serve the Shawnee community in the footsteps of his grandfather and father.

Joel Piper, DDS

Dr. Piper was born and raised in McPherson, Kansas where he met his wife Kirsten. After playing football in college for four years, he graduated from Washburn University and continued on to Dental School at UMKC. His passions include spending time with his wife, Kirsten, and twins, Madden and Carmen. He enjoys attending sporting events with friends, church, and golfing.
